- Use small overlapping circles, massage down over the breastbone and sweep down over the ribcage and back up the sides of the body.
- Start at the bottom of the ribcage, use a pulling motion up each side of the body.Repeat it on the other side.
- To finish, place both hands on upper chest, pointing outward and toward the shoulder joints, and pressing a littlebit, glide hands firmly out and off the shoulders.
