Self exercise for posture correction

Slouch –overcorrect posture correction:

Position: Sitting over the end of a table.

Procedure: sit with a relaxed slouched posture with the lower back and thoracic spine forward bending position and the chin out as far as possible. Now smoothly moves in to the extreme of the erect sitting posture with the lower back in maximum strait position and the chin come maximum in. then relax back in to the slouched position.

Repetition: This cycle should be repeated ten times.

After completing ten cycles of the procedure the patient should hold “the extreme of the good position” for a second or two and then release ten percent of the strain.
Repetition per day: do these exercise every two hourly.
