Self exercise for cervical headaches


Sit on an upright chair with their natural resting posture and head and shoulder relaxed. Look at far and keep the nose straight.


Now your chin comes towards you as far as possible. Don’t bend your head forward. Hold this position two to three seconds and repeat this five to six time.

Frequency of exercise: four to five time a day.

Note: you must maintain your natural posture.
