Public Hearing Set for Texas Bill That Aims to Regulate Pet Dealers and Breeders
A Texas measure seeking to regulate commercial breeders and dealers is scheduled for a public hearing on May 19 before a state Senate committee. The Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC) is anticipating a swift passage of House Bill 3180 as the Legislature is due to adjourn in June.
